Customers may return online orders to our In-Store Exeter location during our regular store hours. Merchandise must be RETURNED within 30 Days of Purchase and accompanied with the packing slip. Returned items must be in original saleable condition with attached original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. All clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and tags MUST be attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smells of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Merchandise returned within 30 Days of Purchase and accompanied with the packing slip will receive a refund. The refund will be returned back to the original form of payment.
Customers may ship back their return at their own expense to 121 ½ So. E Street, Exeter, CA 93221. Their return will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
We do offer gift wrap for Curbside/In-Store pickup orders ONLY.
We are unable to giftwrap orders that are shipped to the customer.
A Gift Wrapped item may be returned withing 30 Days of purchase with a Gift Reciept. Merchandise Returned within 30 Days of Purchase and accompanied with a Gift Receipt will receive a Rosemary & Thyme Store Credit Return Card for the refund.
