We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with returns that meet the guidelines below.

● In Store: Bring your return to our Exeter boutique during regular business hours.

Return Window

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and include the original packing slip or a gift receipt. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

● Be unworn and unwashed.

● Have all original tags attached.

● Be in original, saleable condition.

● Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, odors, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Approved returns received within 30 days will be inspected and refunded to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

Items returned within 30 days with a valid gift receipt will be issued a Rosemary & Thyme Gift Card.

After 30 Days

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds after 30 days from the original purchase date.
